KeyFOB Stopped Working?
There are two possible reasons:
1. Your dog’s rabies vaccines have recently expired
2. You have not renewed your membership this year
follow these steps:
1. Log in to your member page
2. Click ‘Pet Info’ to check rabies expiration dates
(upload a new vaccine certificate to reactivate your key)
3. Click ‘Booking History’ to see when you last renewed
(Use the Payment Center button to reactivate your key)
all membership renewals cost $60 and expire Sept. 1, 2026.
